Multiple influencers were just sued for promoting FTX. A new FTX lawsuit filed in Florida today named a number of individuals who the lawsuit said illegally promoted FTX without disclosing the amount they had been paid to promote the exchange. The lawsuit also focused on FTX’s high interest bearing accounts, and whether or not these were legally registered as securities. This is the latest fallout in the FTX collapse, and this video will explain whether or not this influencer lawsuit will be successful, and whether or not influencers sued will have to pay fines or be otherwise charged.
