JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon gave a dire warning for the stock market in the JPM earnings call Thursday. But the good news is that Fed Governor Waller lowered expectations for the Fed interest rate increase at the July Fed Meeting. As all of that was going on, there was a lot of other stock market news that came out today, including rising producer price index (PPI) numbers, rising mortgage rates, and rising jobless claims. Despite all of the bad news, we did not get a stock market crash. In fact, the NASDAQ went up.
